Exercise brings positivity and peace

Hii Everyone,
Exercise helps us mentally and physically so I decided to visit an exercise class named Yoga.The origin of the exercise is from India. I am proud and excited as I come from the country that has its originality. Yoga is an exercise that helps in breathing control,meditation and relaxation of our body.
The class was taught by Mrs. Soo Moon on 7th June,2019 at GoodLife Fitness, East Mall Crest at 5:30 p.m.The class was for an hour.
The instructor was warm,gentle and welcoming. She greeted everyone who attended her class and also asked for anyone who joined the group for the first time.She also welcomed the new members with a round of applause and a smile which was very important as it gave us a dose of encouragement.
The main concept of the class was to concentrate on our breathing and to be relaxed.
She began the class with warm up,core training and cool down session.The movements for the session included were Cobra,Four limbed staff pose,Sphinx,Upward facing dog,Child position,Virbhadrasana. The movements were designed according to her participants.The positions for every movement was explained with visual,auditory and kinesthetic cues.

The verbal cues in the sessions were how to breathe properly while raising our hands and how to stretch our legs when maintaining balance.Non verbal cues was pointing at our hips to indicate proper position for our legs so that we dont get injured and pointing of the shoulder girdle indicating broadening of our chest to breathe properly and enhance oxygen intake.
Educational Cues for the session were keep breathing,Keep your limbs relaxed,rotate your body towards the right and feel the stretch and do not overstretch as we so not want injury.
The music for the class was very soothing and positive. The environment for the class was filled with good vibes and spirit. We used the yoga mat for the class.I enjoyed every movement that she was demonstrating as she wanted us to forget the outside world and just concentrate on every part of our body and concentrate on our breathing pattern.The only thing I wold like to change about the class was the tone,I would have been clear, consistent and loud so that the participants understand the movement better and not be confused.

The session was really good. It removed my stress and tension and I was relaxed and happy.I felt a change in my mobility and flexibility and a sense of positiveness. I would definitely recommend my community,peers,friends and family to join the yoga session as it is worth for your health and positivity.
